با سلام فایروال پادویش اجازه وصل شدن به سرور های کریو را نمیده هر وقت فایروال پادویش خاموشه وصل میشه و می تونم استفاده کنم ولی وقتی که فایروال پادویش را روشن می کنم وصل هم باشه هیچ سایتی را باز نمی کنه وصل هم نباشه اجازه وصل شدند نمی ده الان چیکار کنم چون که نمی خوام فایروال پادویش را خاموش کنم

لطفا این مورد را تست بفرمایید:
۱- هنگامی که فایروال روشن است و VPN برقرار است، اما در باز کردن صفحات مشکل دارید؛
۲- خط فرمان ویندوز را باز کنید. (cmd)
۳- دستور زیر را اجرا کنید: ۴- دستور زیر را اجرا کنید: ۵- تصویری از اجرای هر دو دستور تهیه کنید. (یا اینکه خروجی را اینجا کپی کنید)
۶- موارد ۲ تا ۵ را هنگامیکه فایروال خاموش است و صفحات به درستی باز می‌شوند تکرار نمایید.
۷- دستور زیر را اجرا کنید و خروجی را برای ما ارسال کنید.

چیزی که برای من عجیب است این است که دستور ساده پینگ timeout شده است.
لطفا موارد زیر را تست کنید:
۱- مطمئن شوید که فایروال خاموش و وی‌پی‌ان متصل بوده و صفحات شما باز می‌شوند. دو دستور زیر را اجرا کنید و خروجی را بفرستید: ۲- مطمئن شوید که فایروال روشن و وی‌پی‌ان متصل بوده و صفحات شما باز نمی‌شوند. دو دستور زیر را اجرا کنید و خروجی را بفرستید: ۳- از پوشه نصب پادویش فایل apav_02.dat و apav_01.dat را برای ما به support@amnpardaz.com ایمیل کنید تا لاگ و تنظیمات فایروال را بررسی کنیم.

سلام
در لاگی که فرستادید دستور دوم اجرا نشده است. (در هر دو مورد)
لطفا دستور tracert 8.8.8.8 را اجرا کنید و لاگ آن را هم بدهید.

وصل شد امروز به فایروال پادویش را روشن کردم سرویس کریو هم روشن بود دیدم همه سایت ها را داره باز می کنه
